Thank you for shopping with Untamed Tallow. Our 2-person team works hard to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible while ensuring your products arrive in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated through the carrier at checkout and are based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method selected.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and products so we can assist you with a resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
